Directions:

• Lavender Foot Soak: Fill a foot basin with warm water and add 1 scoop of soak. Mix to dissolve. Immerse and soak feet for 15-25 minutes.
• Lavender Shower Fizzies: Remove outer shrink wrap of one fizzy and place on shower floor, away from the direct stream of water. The water droplets and steam from your shower will activate the Fizzy aromas. Do not submerge the Fizzy. You can enjoy up to 2 or 3 showers, depending on the amount of water splashing on the Fizzy. Rinse residue after use. For best results, use with hot water in an enclosed shower.
• Lavender Bath Oil: Pour a few drops of oil directly into the bath water. The water will become white as the oils disperse, essentially giving you a light moisturizing bath.
