Directions:

• Rose Magnesium Flakes Bath Soak: Shake before use. Dissolve desired amount in warm (not hot) bath water. Immerse your body for ten to twenty minutes to achieve best results.
• Rose Shower Fizzies: Remove outer shrink wrap of one fizzy and place on shower floor, away from the direct stream of water. The water droplets and steam from your shower will activate the Fizzy aromas. Do not submerge the Fizzy. You can enjoy up to 2 or 3 showers, depending on the amount of water splashing on the Fizzy. Rinse residue after use. For best results, use with hot water in an enclosed shower.
• Rose Body Oil: Apply a small amount to skin where needed.  Or apply immediately after showering to lock in oils and moisture.
